Registration Information

Welcome to MSC Spring 2013 Soccer

Registration Instructions/Information

 

SPRING SEASON INFORMATION

  • Must be 4 years old by Sept 30, 2012 to be eligible to play.
  • Late registration (if space available) will incur a $50.00 late fee.
  • You will not hear from coaches until after March 7, 2013.
  • All players will need soccer ball, shin guards, black shorts and either soccer cleats or tennis shoes. Players will be provided with socks and shirt.
  • NO JEWELRY- absolutely no jewelry is allowed during soccer games. This includes but is not limited to earrings, facial piercings, bracelets of any kind, rubber bands around wrist and necklaces. NO hard hair accessories allowed. Piercings may NOT be covered with a bandage.
Event Dates/Details
Practices Begin in March
U5 - U19 Game Dates March 23, 30
April 13, 20 and 27
May 4 and 11 (May 18th will be used as a "rain-date" if needed)
Two Monday or Tuesday night games.
U19s will play on Monday and Saturday.
Adults will play on Monday and Thursday.
Adult Game Dates

First games will be Thursday, March 21, 2013.

Game times will be 6:30 and 7:45 pm.

Online Registration

Online registration closed on January 31, 2013.  We are taking registrations on a space available basis.

Saturday, January 19, 2013 (9:00am - 1:00pm)

Location: Richard Siegel Soccer Park (in the meeting room to the left at the Main Concession area)

 

ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS & NOTES

  • Online registration is available until January 31, 2013.
  • Please complete registration through the payment page. If you wish to pay by cash/check please mark "pay by check". Checks/cash must be brought to registration on 1/19/13 from 9-1pm in person. DO NOT mail payments.

New Players:

Returning Players:
